[mapserver-users] mapserv.exe is not working offline

Hi Amit,

You can also view your map through CGI mode, which will work offline, 
such as:

 
http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?mode=map&layers=all&map=C:/ms4w/apps/osm/basemaps/osm-google.map
