[mapserver-users] truetype symbols as polygon fills?

Is it possible currently to use truetype symbols as polygon fill symbols?

The symbol creation page suggests that only hatch and pixmap symbols are used for polygon fills but that seems a bit weird to me and am wondering if that is just out of date?

If not, where is the best place to make a feature request?
