have a php_mapscript.dll with SDE support enabled for win32? It is
not included in the HOBU kitchen sink and everytime I try to build it on my own

work arounds are greatly appreciated. I have built mapserv.exe with SDE
support, but can't seem to get the mapscript build to work.
