building, and besides the building_id and parcel number</FONT></DIV>

in Postgres, say "homeowner" , with columns building_id,

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>and show results in mapserver query.If possible not
as a joined table, I'd prefer a separate result with header and
footer.</FONT></DIV>
