<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I have a couple shp files (poly and line) that are very large and I understand that I should use shptree and tile4ms to improve the performance of my mapserver application. I've read various posts and docs describing these utilities (i.e. </FONT><A HREF="http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/reference/utilityreference"><U><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/docs/reference/utilityreference</FONT></U></A><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">), but I'm still not clear as to how/where to access these tools/commands(?). I'd appreciate any clear information describing how this is done. (Please forgive my naivety).</FONT></P>
