line with three points (long, lat) {0.1, 51.1; 0.2, 51.1; 0.3, 51.1}. So, if
line have onway flag - direction is from left to right. If line data is {0.3,
51.1; 0.2, 51.1; 0.1, 51.1} direction is from right to left.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
