and the URL you use to generate the map? The extent of the requested map,
specified by either the EXTENT in the MAP file or on the URL, needs to overlap
the extent of your layer. We can see what the extents of the layer are,

correctly. I've worked with elevation rasters in MapServer before, and can't for
the life of me figure out what's going on (which means it's likely something
