Sorry, I guess I did not clearly state my question(s)!<br>
I knew MS4W stood for the installation of MapServer on a Windows
computer.<br>

What I should have asked was once I had a set up under MS4W, which of
the files would/can I upload to an Apache web host? Or will I have to
completely do a separate set of files for each OS?<br>

I am hoping that the map files and other files I create on my home
computer using MS4W will be able to uploaded to the web host running
Apache.<br>

Not sure what you mean by how they have th server set up. Are you
saying the paths?<br>

Hmmm, not sure what the relationship with our hosting company is. I am
doing this as part of a larger setup ( <a href="http://www.wohva.org">http://www.wohva.org</a>
). I am a volunteer and this is a volunteer organization. I do know
they are paying for web hosting. Since I am quite knowledgeable in
computers, but not so much in hosting services, they asked me to see if
I could set up a website listing all the OHV areas and trails (ATVs,
4x4s, and motorcycles) in the state of Washington. Since I have done a
lot of websites, I said sure. I currently have a table-based listing.<br>

Unfortunately the Land Action Committee Board of Director liaison saw
the MN DNR web site and liked the map! So he asked if I could do that
similar setup. Of course, I said I would give it a shot, not knowing
what all was involved.<br>

I feel I could set up such a site using MS4W, but never done anything
with an Apache-based set up.<br>
