<P><FONT face=Arial size=2>I am trying to create a WMS service with
MapServer. I believe I successfully created the service, because I am able
to connect to it and view it in ArcGIS. But I tried to create a Map file
to view it in Ka-Map, and also in CGI mode. Ka-Map appears to be reading
the file, which takes a while, but in the end the Ka-Map screen has no
map. However, the Map Info window does show an accurate extent. I've
gone through the MapServer documentation, but can't figure out what's
wrong. Below are map map files:</FONT></P>
