There are more than one demo available for MS4W.<br>

I went to the following website:<br>

and downloaded the MapServer Itasca Demo Application.<br>
I then extracted it to the root of the drive where MS4W was installed.<br>
I then ran MS4W and everything worked just fine.<br>

I would love to get this one working as it demonstrates additional
features that are not in the Itasca demo.<br>
The above demo requires editing of one or more files and I haven't
figured out how to edit those files to get it working properly.<br>
