<DIV>The ZIP containing the shape file and other data is over 15 MB, so I will upload it using YouSendIt right after sending this post. The coordinate system is standard latitude/longitude; no need for MGRS or UTM or anything fancy. The map should cover the entire globe. Basic styling is fine; and the shape file should already contain the country boundaries.</DIV>
