<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-GB>I have a problem that I can see has been
experienced by others, but the advice given to those others does not fix my
problem. I have successfully installed Map Server and Apache onto winXP using
ms4W, and downloaded the Demo. I put the workshop-5.0 directory in the
Apache.htdocs directory, and I have modified the index.html file and Itasca.map
files in what seems to be a logical way. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-GB>My problem is that when I launch the
application I get the error message: “msSaveImageGD(): Unable to access
file. Unable to open file /C:/ms4w/tmp/ms_tmp/ITASCA12433555452596.png for
writing”. It seems that this is related to the way that I modified the index.html
file, which I did as follows:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
