<div>I have just upgraded from Ubuntu Linux 9.10 to 10.04 LTS and I am now getting the following error:</div>

<div>Everything was working until I upgraded to OS (and MapServer). I have been able to replicate the problem on a Windows machine using MS4W 3 Beta.</div>

<div>My Linux server reports MapServer version:</div>
