How can i force our copyright-logo layer to appear above the other

layers when serving WMS? Our logo/copyright layer is the last one in

the mapfile, and we're using "STATUS DEFAULT" but it seems mapserver

ignores order and draws this layer below the others.<br>

We have no problems when caling mapserser cgi directly with its own

protocol, only when calling it using wms parameters.<br>

Is it a bug?<br>
