<div>We seem to be having some discrepancies in how the MINSCALEDENOM/MAXSCALEDENOM is being respected depending on which EPSG SRS is being requested.(with Mapserver 6.0)</div>
<div>For EPSG:3005 things seem to be ok .. however for EPSG:4326 .. MINSCALEDENOM seems to take over and no features are displayed at expected scales.</div>

<div>Of note though.. if I set MINSCALEDENOM from ‘1000001’ to something like ‘11’.. I do seem to get back features at somewhat the appropriate scale levels.</div>
<div>(but then that hoops the scale dependency for EPSG:3005!) </div>
