<div>Can anyone point me to a good book on learning Mapserver, and possibly OpenLayers as well? I don't usually buy books on software products as there's so much available online. However, I recently purchased PostGIS in Action and it's helped significantly. I wonder if there's a similar quality book out there on Mapserver. Something higher than intro level would be preferable. Thanks.</div>
