<a href="http://www.gisinternals.com/sdk/" target="_blank">http://www.gisinternals.com/sdk/</a>, and have mapserver working in FastCGI mode on IIS. So I’d like to add mapcache to the software stack, but it isn’t included in the gisinternals.com package. I have
seen Paul James’ message that building and running it is possible <a href="http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/mapserver-users/2013-March/074294.html" target="_blank">
http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/mapserver-users/2013-March/074294.html</a> - but I don’t have Visual C available.</span></p>
