I'm trying to compile mapserver on ubuntu server 14.04 but i am receiving this error: <br>

[ 90%] Building C object CMakeFiles/msplugin_mssql2008.dir/mapmssql2008.c.o<br>
/mapdata/mapserver-7.0.0/mapmssql2008.c:44:21: fatal error: windows.h: No such file or directory<br>
 #include <windows.h><br>

compilation terminated.<br>

I do not have 'windows.h' header file. Can anybody help me with what i have to do to fix that?<br>
