only a little over a week away, so don't delay and submit
your favorite talk in regards to open source geospatial!</p>

Geospatial Open Source (CUGOS)</strong> was founded in
2007 and serves as the <a

moz-do-not-send="true">Cascadia Chapter</a> of the <a

Foundation</a>. We are a non-profit community of open
source GIS enthusiasts — from students to professionals,
from academia to industry, and including active OSGeo
contributors (board members, charter members, and project

professionals, students, and enthusiasts for a full day of
presentations on open source geospatial tools and open data

projects like QGIS, PostGIS, MapServer, GDAL/OGR,
