[Marketing] Input required OSGeo Marketing supplies

In prior years discussions on the marketing led us to think that we 
should be outsoucing the production of OSGeo related supplies to 
external company(s). Eg: http://www.cafepress.com/ (Beyond the idea, we 
did very little to follow through on this).

We work out the list of products which should be created, provide the 
source data/image/... then let the external provider manage the selling 
and delivery process. We can later decide if OSGeo wishes to pay for 
certain items for certain events.
