[Marketing] website/branding meeting reminder for tomorrow

Thanks to everyone who attended, we will be setting up meetings with two
organizations.

Motions:
- Open negotiations with two vendors (unnamed here in public)
- Action: Marc to set up meeting time (invite to marketing committee and
any interested board members). Proposed meeting times (thursday / friday /
monday).
- Action: Jody to ask board for additional funds to meet our not-to-excheed
amount (done https://www.loomio.org/d/h8fVlUPH).
- Action: Jeffrey to thank non-selected vendors at the end of the week.
- Action: Marc/Jody compose letter with questions from today's meeting to
select vendors
