I have added a website page (rather than just a wiki page) here
<http://www.osgeo.org/marketing/index.html>, which includes the completed
Request for EOI, and our member list. I have an action item to write down
our our membership is managed from December meeting.

We should now be able to circulate the EOI, pending a motion ...
