[Marketing] incorrect logo on osgeo.org

Great to see logo gradually getting picked up around the web - we may need
a blog post pointing to the style guide to capture consistent use.

Interestingly the main website http://www.osgeo.org/home has a logo where a
tagline has been added, etc... I would like to make sure we change this
promptly before it is copied *everywhere* producing confusion.
