[Marketing] website feedback survey

Still campaigning appears to be over so we can probably sneak in a word
edgewise :)

Between everyone on the marketing email list we should be able to send out
a direct email to each of the committee and project committees lists (or
failing that their contact person.)

Can we split up the work, Steven can I ask you to email the letter to the
conference committee
