The low energy part is trying to find a way that one person isn't always
trying to come up with something. If there's a wiki page or a document on
gitea, anyone can add to it.

Then the person /team "responsible" take whatever is in that document and
out it out on discuss.

Sometimes it might only be "we had s board meeting, here is a link to the
minutes, next board meeting is ..."

In essence, if the osgeo community wants a great newsletter, the osgeo
community is responsible for making one. That's the hope anyway :)

Is that a bit clearer?
