Since CS-Map is statically linked to MapGuide and MapGuide is not ported yet to VS2010, I would keep around the current projects and solutions until the port occurs on their end too
I haven't seen any announcement on the MG internals yet but I guess it should happen anytime soon

BTW, I feel like this falls into the category normal maintenance that
doesn't need a RFC though it is nice to peg a stake in the ground about
building clean at /W3.
