<font face="Times New Roman, Times, serif">The only suggestion I
could make is to reverse the rotation parameters 4-6. In some
countries the rotation is clockwise, in others anti-clockwarse. So
try changine plus into min and min into plus in these three
parameters.<br>

with 7-parameter datum transform. I try exactly the same input
data in 3 different software packages (Proj4, GeoTrans and Leica
GeoOffice) but all 3 results differ a lot. I'm confused which is
