[Journal] Publication credits

Please provide your name and the affiliation you would like to have  
included next to your name as part of the credits section in the  
journal.  I think it would be a good idea to also have a 1 sentence  
summary of "who you are" or what your interests in open source and  
geospatial stuff are.

Then we could also add a small image of each person on the journal  
publication team - it would help readers connect to the team and  
build a sense of community.  But I'd only want to do this if we all  
had an image available and everyone was willing.

But at least provide your affiliation and any links to your  
organisation similar to last page (left column) here:
