Dear Sirs

I am holding a presentation at the FOSS4G 2007 conference and I am
interested to contribute an article to the proceedings in the concerning
OSGeo Journal issue.

I would like to know what I have to do in order to provide the article the
correct way (i.e. where to post (& how), until when etc.)
