[Newsletter] Latext Artcile Template

I've dowloaded some documentation on how to use Latex. I must admit I didn't
realize authors would be submitting there content in Latex, I thought we'd
only be doing that for the layout/production.

Can someone forward me a simple Latex article template that I can use to get
started on my article? This will give me a jump start on my learning Latex.
