[Newsletter] Updates and intros

Hello Tyler,


Since I've not heard either from Dylan about his "GRASS-R" integration 
article, nor from Dr. Bivand on spgrass6, I think both those articles 
will have to be shifted to the next issue. Dylan mentioned that the two 
articles complement each other, and should appear together.

I'm optimistic that we will have one article on the San Francisco Urban 
Forest project using Mapbuilder.


As for Latex, I will try the KDE app called kile. It can import the 
GRASS Newsletter template, then using copy/paste I'll move the contents 
from an office doc into the latex format. Kile can then compile and 
export to pdf for pre-viewing.
