I would love to this and have considered it for some months.   
Unfortunately we just haven't had the time between releases to really  
get our main layout challenges fixed up.  If editors can handle the  
brunt of the content workload for Volume 3, then hopefully I can get  
some more time to tackle the layout.

Anyone else want to help at that end?  We'll look to you, Dan, when  
we need some more tips for using LULU.

We also need to talk about Peer Review - I get more questions every  
day.  Think you can muster up a process for this volume?
