[Journal] Cancelling Peer Review

Thank you very much Michel,
Yesterday, I moved two articles into the next volume, so it looks  
like we are doing pretty good.  Unless others have an article they'd  
like Michel to take over, we are good for now.

I'll keep you in mind though, should something come up.
