Hi Micha,
Good point.  Let's keep them in a subfolder called 'originals'.  As  
we switch over to the OJS, we will automatically have a good archive  
of the originals.  I think this will be an important "trail" to have  
especially for those who want peer review, etc.

Anyone is welcome - anytime - to try improving the layout and show  
the rest of us how it goes. I have a copy of the layout for the Free  
Software Magazine and am interested in trying to use it as a basis  
for a version 2 of our layout.  Once we have something more print- 
worthy, it would be cool to have it put online through print-on- 
demand publisher so people can buy a hardcopy of a set of volumes  
(e.g. 2007 compilation).
