[Journal] Confirming Section Editors

Dear editors..

Since this is our first time going through the Open Journal System to  
handle the whole next volume, I'm still learning a few things.  But  
here is what I've done and I need you to confirm your involvement for  
me before we start talking about publication dates for volume 5.

I created "sections" and assigned editors as follows.
** Editorial: Tyler
** News: Jason
** Events: Jeff
** Project Spotlight: Martin
** Case Studies: Micha
** Integration Studies: Martin
** Topical Studies: Markus
** Developer Announcements: Dimitris
** Programming Tutorials: Landon
** Sponsor Perspectives: Tyler
** Local Community Reports: Mark

As a section editor, you are responsible for considering if the  
articles are appropriate, assigning some other reviewers to look at  
them (if requested), then confirm whether to accept the article or  
not. (see screenshot example)  This may also involve editing the  
article and preparing it for publication, but more on that later.

Please confirm that you are interested and able to serve in this  
role.  If you would like to be relieved of the position, let me know,  
and I will then follow up with the list to find a replacement.  If I  
don't hear back, then I will have to replace your position with  
someone else so we can move forward.

I just want to confirm all this before moving forward.  Your next  
task will be to start reviewing the articles and selecting an Editor  
Decision, so please do that if you are going to continue to help.   
Note that not all sections have articles at the moment.  Let me know  
if you need help logging in.
