[Journal] Getting Volume 6 Published

It seems Volume 6 is languishing!

Do we think we can pull together enough help from our LaTex handlers
to get the article published soon? If there is a way I can help,
without a great knowledge of LaTex, please let me know.

As an alternative, I've been thinking about preparing an HTML version
of Volume 6 just to get the content published and available. That is
something I can do on my own if needed.

Any thoughts?

I'd really like to get Volume 6 completed, but I know I lack the LaTex
expertise to get it done.
