[Journal] Finally an Update on Volume 6

[Tyler Mitchell (OSGeo)]

I started digging into the main tex document.  Is anyone else editing it
or have it working to compile the PDF?  I'm going to start flipping
switches and get it compiling well - so holler if I start conflicting :)
