[Journal] Missing articles from vol 5.

I received a good note this morning from Peter Wilkins who was wondering what happened to his older article meant for volume 5.  Vol 5 got taken over by the annual report and several articles now, it seems, were totally ignored.  Oops!!  My fault of course...

After looking into svn, three authors articles are actually in there, but they were never added to the final output.
I've contacted authors: Wilkins, Jorgenson and Cebecauer whose articles were in svn already and invited them to re-submit them through the online system so we can include them in the upcoming volume 8 that will also include FOSS4G 2009 proceedings.

Can someone else contact the others listed on the wiki page?  Either editors for the given section, or Landon if you have some time.  Some of these were cool articles that I was sorry to miss too!
