[Journal] Tons of cleanup done... next steps

I'll give you the honors of the announcement. I'll post something on
Slashgeo when Volume 6 is available for download. Don't forget to look
at the brief comments I just sent to the mailling list before putting
out the final version.

Also, shoot me an e-mail about how I can help with Volume 7 or 8.
Remember my ability to assist is restricted as we get towards the end
of the process, so I need to help the most at the beginning of the
process for each volume.

I'm glad we are finally pulling this together. It makes me feel like I
actually get something useful done as an OSGeo member. :]
