[Journal] It really is coming.. Volume 8 update

Tyler,
     I've been looking at, http://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/journal/volume_8/en-us/OSGeoJournal_vol8.pdf  It looks good.  I only had a few minutes, but here are some things that perhaps we can look at.  

1. On page 35, click the hyper link to Figure 1.  It goes to page 62 where there is a figure 1, but I think to a different article. 
2. On page 15, the photo conflicts with the page numbering.  

A general figure issue, if you want to tackle it, is that the hyperlinks always take the captions to the top of the page, which is typically below the figure.  Therefore, you click on a figure link and see the caption but no figure until you scroll up.  

Other items are probably already on your list.
