[Journal] Journal Wiki Clean-Up

Bah, got mixed up - I don't recall having NC in there at all - but did have ND so that if anyone wanted to "remix" an article they had to talk to authors (e.g. it was the journal teams decision for how to allow others to use it, but was the authors choice).  

Sorry, for the mix up, I see the wiki history and the imprint did match.. they have a better memory than me :)
