[Journal] Update on Volume 9

Journal Team:

Yesterday I uploaded Scribus and PDF files for the front cover, both
back covers, and a table of contents. I tried to imitate the covers on
the LaTex version as closely as possible.

Today I uploaded the Scribus and PDF files for my article on recent
changes to the United States patent system. I hope to finish and
commit my article on JTS Warped tomorrow.

As soon as I get the news items from Scott, I'll add the News article
Scribus and PDF files. Those should be the last. Then I'll tweak page
numbers, update the table of contents, and produce the final PDF.

Is anyone willing to look over the final PDF during the first day or
two of next week?
