[Journal] Volume 9 Update

Journal Team:

On my lunch break today I completed the "Introduction to JTS Warped"
article and made the Scribus file. The Scribus file and the PDF are
now committed to the SVN. I'm going to let the articles sit for a day
or two. Then I'm going to do a final review, probably on Monday, which
is a US holiday.

If I have time this weekend, I may add a couple of graphics to the JTS
Warped article and a volunteer recognition page.

I'll keep you posted.
