[Journal] 2011 Annual Report

OSGeo Journal Team:

I've been buried at work this week, but I hope to start putting
together the Annual Report for 2011 next week. My goal was to complete
this by the end of the month. Not sure if this is going to happen, but
I'm going to try.

I'm also going to post an e-mail soon so we can start to think about
this fall's peer reviewed edition.

Let me know if you have questions or if you want to help with the 2011
Annual Report.
