Thanks Helena for informing. Yes, i also think ICA-OSGeo-ISPRS network should be under Education committee report.  There has been lot of developments and i can send you a summary to add to this section if it is possible. When do you need this by?

Eli,

I am not sure how the ICA-OSgeo network got into the incubation section, it should be under education committee report.
 Given how much has changed since this was written I would not mind if it was completely skipped for this issue,
Suchith may be able to provide some feedback as well
