[Journal] Volume 15 Schedule

I'd like to get a schedule for Volume 15 of the OSGeo Journal. I'm thinking
about a deadline for submittals of January 27th, with a deadline for edits
of February 17th.

Please let me know if you would like to contribute an article or if you
would be willing to participate in the interview for this issue.
