My vote is to go with OSGeo Journal. Seems like there are advantages for both - "news" or "journal". Journal does have the meaning of a periodic publication with technical content. Why don't we go with "OSGeo Journal" for now, and if we have some success in getting advertisements, maybe we can change the name back to "news" or "magazine" (as mentioned in some previous emails).
