<div dir="ltr">For one thing, I think the peer-review system would have to be the default, not the option... Secondly, we'd need to get the journal into one of the citation indexing systems so that it gets a "citation index" - a critical measure of any Journal's success. Basically that number tells something like the number of citations to articles in the journal divided by the number of articles published. This is a measure of the journal's "Impact". The idea is to go for a higher impact factor by seeing people cite stuff published in the journal... - Dan<br>
