I just read the discussion posting about the 2009 papers. It seems to me that we ought to be able to move them through the system pretty quickly since they've already been peer reviewed and maybe even formatted properly. <br>

Yes, they just have to be converted into the latex format. I am also preparing an editorial section in order to introduce the content of this special issue of the journal.<div class="im"><br>

Perhaps the approach is:<br>

1) contact each author and ask if they are still interested in having their 2009 paper published in OSGeo Journal<br>
2) tell them that if they are interested they should post the paper through the OJS site by a certain deadline<br>
3) several of us help with the formatting to LATEX 4) add the annual report section<br>
5) proof<br>
6) release<br>
