<p>Hi Nate,
<br>Whn you registered did you click the 'author' checkbox on the bottom of the form?  If so, then loogin and select 'User Home' in top menu - you will find a New Submission option in the main window.  Going from memory, but should be generally correct.  Otherwise you may also need to edit your profile and select 'author' so it gives you this option.
